Women’s Strength Class
“New Program”
Developing strength is an essential component of your fitness program, but can sometimes be difficult to accomplish. Our small group (4-6) classes focus on safe execution of basic strength exercises and are individualized to your specific needs. These classes are supervised by a licensed physical therapist / strength specialist with significant attention to detail to assure proper alignment and technique. We also incorporate corrective mobility / stability exercises to optimize your strength workout!
When properly performed there are many significant benefits for women:

Class Schedule:
- Monday 7:00pm – 8:00pm
- Tuesday 9:30am – 10:30am
- Wednesday: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
- Thursday 9:30am – 10:30am
Price: $50 + tax pre class
