Strength Training For Endurance Athletes/Trainers

This seminar is designed to help endurance athletes learn how to strength train properly to improve all aspects of their sport. This seminar includes the following:

  • Strength exercise technique (squats, dead lifts, etc.)
  • Mobility/Stability exercises
