Based on the findings from the initial consultation, an extensive Performance Therapy program is designed addressing your bodies individual biomechanical imbalances, nutritional needs and personal sports performance or fitness goals. Within each session, an individualized program is devised so that you will experience all 5 Facets of Fitness:
