Our Elite Performance Club is designed for motivated athletes only!!!
Our small group training session are designed to provide the high level of supervision necessary to monitor and teach proper exercise form while at the same time providing the motivation and comradery that a group setting offers. By creating a better learning environment, the participants develop safe technique while optimizing their strength and endurance gains.
These intense, small group sessions combine supervision for precision teaching of technique with group motivation. It is to help athletes of all sports become “more athletic” Our philosophy is to create an athlete first, then progress into sport specific training once we have built a solid athletic foundation. This process alone improves your sport performance! We program sport specific drills as the athlete develops.
Strength/Power Club:
One hour sessions:
Monday and Wednesday, 6:45pm – 8:00pm
Price: $50.00, plus tax
Two hour sessions:
Tuesday and Thursday, 7:30am – 10:00am
Saturday, 9:00am – 11:00am
Price: $100, plus tax
If these times do not work, a custom club time can be arranged.
