The Olympic Weightlifting club and “Team RS Performance” is coached by Rick Stebbins PT, CSCS, USAW. The club offers several services to help you improve your athletic performance by developing athletic power. Learning the different Olympic-style lifts is one of the most effective training tools for increasing power as well as significantly improving core strength and stability. Joining Rick’s team is also an option for those looking to compete in Olympic weightlifting events or just improve your lifting technique. Rick teaches using a method he has developed called “the Vertical Method” which he has taught to many Olympic lifters throughout New England through his seminar series
